P J Engineering have been involved in the composites industry for over 30 years and
specialise in the manufacture of high temperature carbon fibre tube for the motor cycle exhaust industry.

Using the highest quality aerospace materials and incorporating their own specific resin formulation, the tubes have a standard working temperature of 200°C (392°F).

For specialist applications this can be up-rated to a working temperature of 350°C (686°F). All composite tubes are manufactured in computer controlled tooling which ensures the highest quality, tolerances and repeatability.

P. J. Engineering can produce tubes in a range of diameters, shapes and lengths. These include round, oval and teardrop, customers' specific section forms can also be produced on request for cosmetic reasons, various woven materials of the customer's choice can be used, however 212 or 414 twill weaves are standard.
